Yachty - the positive comments from the board came in the form of them stuffing their pockets with shares the other day! They were putting their own money on the table. I think there were 7 directors/associates that were buying ranging from 50k pounds to 200k pounds.

If the divi is covered then why sell? You get a 7% return and probably a capital gain as well. Look at the compound annual growth figures (dividend data) for MCRO....they are pretty impressive.

current level of shorting on shorttracker is zero! The shorters have had plenty of time to go in hard since Monday.

Quite a nice divi on offer now (which Moody's reckon is ok) at 7.2%.

Currently visible on the LSE as a top ftse100 riser on the day. Mind you, the market makers have down a good job in kicking this over the last few days. They've extracted many a share from the private investors!

I used to work with a quite eccentric chap ( mathematician). He was ' certified' .....quite literally. He used to joke ' I know I'm sane because I've got a piece of paper that tells me so ...but I'm not sure about you buggers, where's YOUR proof?' Likewise, Asfari has the approval of the SFO to resume his primary role. (ps it's a true story about my ( now deceased) work colleague).

PFC are winning more orders and PoO is holding up...I know, let's have a dig at the management.. Asfari knows darn well he's under scrutiny so he ain't stupid to do something dodgy! So, ask yourself why did he stump up 10 million now ? ( He could have bought weeks ago and saved a few million quid).

The directors and others closely associated with MCRO seem to disagree with your view though having risked quite a bit of their own money by buying shares yesterday.
