Why would anyone buy shares at 80p when they can buy at 20-odd pence a share! I'll sell you PFC at 80p all day long if you want...as many as you can take off me.

The fact they have got an order book does not protect PFC..the work will be shared out to others. Either PFC ask shareholders for cash or...? A rights issue might be needed leading to further shareholder dilution ( yeah, right as if that is the worry) . Only problem is..they've left it too late imho.

I bought into these at over £8 per share just before the SFO announcement ( excellent timing ..not!). Since then it has collapsed. I got out at about 60p per share with a big loss.

All this talk of loads of contract work is meaningless if there is no positive cashflow. I suspect that PFC will go to the wall. New investors should walk away and certainly not buy in. Existing investors...that's the risk of shares !

Looks like "The World" is closing again for some pandemic or other based on the shareprice. Completely oversold.

Yes you can ( hold a REIT) in your ISA and it is best if you do!

Such contracts get you a seat at the table for future work. However, they are extremely biased in favour of the Prime contractor. There are little to no margin in this type of contract.

Poor contract management. Net debt $349m...not long ago it was near zero. Day traders only now. Be very careful.

This is a flustercluck of a company. One of my first " Investments " going back to just BEFORE the SFO investigation kicked off . I was hopeful in those days (if you page back to 2017/18 you'll maybe find my comments).
