Good morning folks As we all know raising funds can and will dilute existing shareholders most of the times especially in small companies e.g Junior Miners-I know to my cost!! But It can and will probably be different with ASTA depending on: 1. The size of the first transaction 2. The potential projected revenue and profitability of the first transaction 3. The size of the share issue IMHO; the £1.3m liquid funds that ASTA has is more than sufficient to finance the pre-bidding costs including due diligence, paying lawyers/accountants/Oil Geologists costs & any OTHER START-UP costs for the first couple of transactions. They will then raise funds to finance the first Oil deal which their new local JV partner will manage for them. I do not know any more than anybody else on the future of the company on this BB; but I would assume that the company will not raise any funds until Market Cap is at least £5-6m and the first transaction will be announced either before or simultaneously with any proposed equity funding. Is why: If you read the RNS carefully as many folks have done on here; the initial cash required is for any costs associated for due diligence/ licencing fees , etc on the first deal. As the company has £650k in the bank and a further £650k liquid assets that can be converted into cash in maximum 14 days; it has sufficient cash for start-up costs for the first concession granted to it and its JV partner. Once the concession is granted; they will need to raise some cash to get the project up and running. However; we are still some way away from this as until the legislation is approved by Parliament; no foreign company will be granted a concession as I understand it. Approval of legislation is now delayed from 25th June to 15th July 2014 as per a previous post from chasndave earlier tonight. ATB

Our CEO is renowned in the City for delivering outstanding returns for shareholders. You also know that the BOD are committed to distribute 50% of profits as dividends to shareholders. No wonder; Goldman Sachs is a fellow shareholder here.
