Plenty of company's do it, this is legal talk and exactly what our CEO should be going for instead of rolling over and paying it. You'd be ripping into him if he did so I guess there are people that are never and will never be happy.

Are they looking at fully reinvesting to pay for Stage 2 or will there another partner coming in to invest in the build like Hainan did at Stage 1 and sign a new offtake agreement? It may well be Hainan again but its open to the market to bid for it
