Well it was little old Great Britain.

Many people have no idea that Japan invaded China in the 1930s, Russia was actually scared that they would move into their territory. In 1941 Japan invaded much of South East Asia. They actually crossed the border into India in 1944. Japan wanted to get to Est Africa but could not because of the logistics.

The two countries that lost the war actually killed 10s millions more people in other lands they they suffered themselves, strange !
