No 1.5 million new homes will not be built but we will get an additional 2.5 million immigrants within the next five years that is a certainty . Rayner says that there is no housing shortage , but there will be a shortage of 4 or more bedroom houses, not flats which are being built in every town and city right now.

Labour has funded as Rayner clearly says in the programme for 2.5 million additional immigrants in the next 5 years.
