Share option to be exercised later today? Or at the latest tomorrow? Do we have to wait for the american market to open before being able to officially exercise the option? So that would make it after 2.30pm today or at the latest tomorrow. Come on Vela get it done and lets see where we are at!

Jb your very doomy and gloomy, negative negative negative. Cdt seems to have levelled out now with an rns from us for the shares i can see cdt pushing up and then having a slow rise. I think this is going to work out well for vela in the end but they need to get the shares this week as soon as the average allows them to get them at the minimum price of $5

Gambler so hopefully we should expect to see an rns for the exercise of the options this week. I mean unless im missing something it just would not make sense not too, unless there are other options i dont know about..? Do you not think 4m+ worth of shares being issued at $5, when the current price is just above 2, would help push the sp of cdt up?

Bouncers dream, theres always a possibility of many outcomes but the likeliness of some is a lot less than others, however i hear what your saying and im holding. I have a strong feeling we are going to come out of this a lot better than most expect!

Unless i have misunderstood i think you are mistaken peakdistict. Our shares can only be given to us between the 5-15 dollar range based on a 10 day average of the closing price. So if 10 day average is $4 we still get the share at $5, this may also help push the price up of cdt. If we are issued 4m+ of shares at $5 and closing price is $3 surely this shoukd have a positive outcome for the cdt share price.. please correct me if i am wrong..

Joe How often does a new listed share go bust within the first few months? Highly unlikely that this will be the outcome! New listed stocks are generally quite volatile so the movement is quite normal in my opinion and an opportunity for vela to snap up the shares at the lost price possible ($5). It will stabilise over the next few weeks then with news start moving up!

Surely the 10 day average is now at $5 or less so why wait to exercise the share option? The lowest Vela can get the shares at is $5 so why hang around? Exercise the option and wait to sell..

If we manage to acquire the shares at $5, which im quite confident we will, and then managed to sell at $8 thats £7,680,000. Double our current market cap and this is a very realistic and achievable prediction in my opinion..

It is ridiculous, this is a hold! So much potential, so much news to come. Including the 2.5m! This can easily double in price in the next 3 months

Seems to me that as vela have not yet exercised the put option this is working out well for them, exercise the put option tomorrow or sometime next week, get the price at $5 a share. As the share price recovers sell off at some good profits.. happy days! Current market cap is sub 4m add a minimum of 4.8m in cash to that and thats double the current share price..

Yes sounds right, so if the price stays where it is for the next week and then we exercise the option we get the shares a very low price then we wait until shares move up and sell for a nice profit

Cdt looks like its getting absolutely smashed -40% yesterday and nearly 40% down again today, currently trading at just over $6, could this be a good thing for us as we will get the shares at a cheaper price? And then if it goes back up and the company sell they make a nice profit? Or is it not a good sign that the price is dropping so rapidly?
