Toffers to be honest ive seen it loads of times before as im sure you have too, i see a rise on he1 when it opens but a good sell off there after. A lot of profit takers from he1 will be taking position in superdry today if they havent already!

An article valued the company between 400-600m not me or anyone else here. I here what your saying but when it comes to buying out they look at the potential among many other factors and then a potential buyer will make there bid accordingly. U said the company is worth 1p a share but its a 46p so clearly no where near what your saying. I did say u missed the boat but i also said theres still money to be made here like i said i personally think the sp will rise over a £1 next week.. your post was purely negative, when theres so much positive on the table right now!

Mikodx your talking absolute nonsense mate! Firstly sp’s are not only driven by maths but by demand! How many companies have had debts larger than there income and managed to turn it around? I have to agree and this is what ive been saying! Woth so many interested parties now, no one is letting jd nick this at 80p a share! There will be other bids.. next week is going to be very interesting! A rise to 80p should be in the bag mon/tue but this could easily fly above a pound before any offers are made!

Duggs this is exactly what people are failing to take in to consideration. Jd is not the only interested party now and there are other companies who are considering make an offer to buy out superdry! Next who owns fatface, reiss and some others are one of the companies interested, i dont think itll be as easy as jd gets it for 80p a share!

Top shop sold for around 265m in my opinion they were not a bigger brand than super dry! All this the offer will be 80p is all speculation, i think the offer will be much higher. Company valued at 400-600 million thats a 10x from where we are! A lot of disgruntled traders trying to put this down as they did not get in! Ignore the hate!

Current market cap will be irrelevant to the offer price in my opinion. I read an article where they value the company at between 400-600m even if the offer came in at 200m thats over 4 times the current mc, look at what topshop sold for 265 million and there not as big as superdry in my opinion!

My bets are on a monday rise, descent gap up in the morning then a steady rise! Cant see no big drops here just wouldnt make sense, multiple companies interested in a takeover now. One article has valued the company between 400-600m which is about 10 times are current market cap.. just let that sink in over the weekend
