I think it depends who buys it. If JD takes his holding over 30% and takes the company private himself it will be around 79/80p a share is what i have understood. However there are now more parties interested in the takeover so bids could go much higher. I think theres no guaranteed price to be honest id like to hope for a £1+ at least. It all depends on how this pans out but I think we will find out very soon this week or next..

Definitely happy with the close, held strong above 40. Bring on tomorrow, hopefully we manage to break in to the 50’s before an offer is made…

Maybe there coming to some sort of deal to partner up and take over superdry… not sure if thats good or bad? Would of preferred them to be bidding against each other..

People love throwing figures out the sky, its started at 500million debt, then it was 210milliom debt now its 100million debt. Lets go by real figures annouced by the company its self which was 28.9m end of october. Lets stop plucking figures out the air! The company is not in a massively bad place at all.

I full understand you but when you are not big enough to fund these things yourself you are fully reliant on a jv partner and they have the control to how quickly things move! Once a jv is signed he1 board can be as enthusiastic as they like but they will be in the hands of the partner!

Im just talking from experience and par this second lab news you talk of what other news will you get par a jv being signed? Nothing and that wont happen in a week! Like i said just being realistic but good luck i hope it flies for you guys and u get what your expecting or more!

Its not deramping mate its called honesty, seen it a thousand times. Not saying this wont do more big numbers eventually, it definitely should but in the short term, week, a month in my opinion it will naturally have a dip until there is news of a jv and plans for extraction and selling. Do you think new people will be buying everyday for the next month or two until a jv is signed? Come mate get a grip.. people will move on and come back nearer to some new news!

Buy the rumour sell the news mate, any rises will now fizzle out. Theres so many questions now, he1 will need a jv partner to fund everything. They will probably get quite a few offers, by the time they filter through these, decide on the best offer, agree and sign a jv and then actually get things going… your looking at some time! Also when you sogn a jv and depend on that partner for all your funding they control how fast things move not he1 or there board! Anyway goodluck to all holders but some people here are totally deluded because of the recent massive rise. When mr conroy signed his jv with demir he said about a thousand times we will be focused on getting a mine ready for production as quick as possible, as soon as possible, 2 years later people are still waiting for that mine. A bit of food for thought. Just because they say at the earliest opportunity that doesnt mean it will be in a week or a month or a year for that matter. That is all in the hands of a jv offer and the company who is going to fund this happening. I think this big hype and the sp flying has got everyone here dreaming.. not saying it wont happen but people here seem to think a jv will be signed in a week and theyll start extracting the helium by the end of the month. Please..
