RE: Comparison: Condor v Calibre3 Jan 2021 11:52
It’s fair to say everyone makes a valid point.
One thing is for sure , after being told of receiving phone calls from potential lenders and possible off takes offered etc etc it’s clear that unless CNR get taken over ( my bet ) then MC will do it all alone via the fundraise which to me is of concern, simply because it would not maximise shareholder value.
The real value to unlock here is to give 50% away and keep 50% without carrying any costs .... market would instantly over a short period add 2-3 x the value, MC can then use that money to drill up the remaining resource with all that money do an aggressive drill like Nicaragua has never seen and by the time we reach production prove up 5-6m oz and then sell the whole lot when gold is at $3000+
That would create many millionaires on here and secure his own retirement because sp would be north of £6-8
Here’s my New Years wish :
Toll : 80p
Farm out 50% : £2-3
Prove up resource with regular rns : £5-7
Final resource / reserve : 6m oz £12 a share for the remainder.
Obviously there would set agreements in the initial 50% where by a buyout would include payment of market value.
Remember the shares in issue always stay the same.
My New Years wish.
