Looking deeper in to it .... oil likely to go higher from here, pmo/rkh to announce investment decision anyday soon and that would trigger a re-rating for Argos. Oh ... not to mention noble energy starting their own drilling campaign which arg have free 5% carry on all production. Not bad for a dormant company I’d say.

I think ur way off with the Rio prediction. It’s in glencores hands and they are in bed with many state controlled compakies queuing up to have a piece. They simply won’t let Rio have it. I think it’s an asset Zioc will want to keep some kind of percentage in so offtakes and equity swaps will be it, Zioc, Congo state, glen and Chinese investment. Simples.
