I’m just saying that apart from all the potential here etc etc atleast the open offer although small will help liquidity. Once Gibraltar is physically and legally signed off with financial detail as a public domain then mwg will be seen as a different ball game. Until then it’s .25p up and .5 down.

Raising funds is one thing.... higher sp is another but trying to frekking but to buy and sell is another ... as this stock 100% needs more liquidity. There’s nothing that feels as sick as a rising sp and not being able to sell ... only to put in a negotiated trade or at best and then to get a price that’s dropped 20-30% from the days highs. I’m sure most will agree and I for one am actually very happy for mwg to issue enough equity to raise the free float from the current 100m+ shares in issue to 200m. News will probably be released once offer closes .... my guesstimate.

It could , your right but 10p is only if market crashes or results are really bad which won’t happen. I’ve made many mistakes in the past with trading and the biggest being BUYING at the “RIGHT “ price. I can see probably another 10% pullback but anything around the 15-16p Lenke is excellent entry point here

As you guys know I was waiting for 20p but only because of the market volatility I can’t see more falls coming and 15p is very realistic from here. I know u guys are positive but we must be realistic and unfortunately the market sentiment dictates the movements at times and now is that time.

Simon said ...... very good point. They will raise a minimum amount not a huge mega dilution but either way it could hold the sp back for a few days.

Dan1 .... when you listen to the video call he clearly mentions that they need to have the results back and be “ well in to the dfs “ drilling to then approval these discussions with a formal outcome. In the meantime they will Still need some money. It’s still a buy for me but not yet.

Looks like a new raise is also immenent along with drilling News. I would be careful not to get caught on a spike only for them to go and raise more money at 20p. I’m waiting to buy but will be careful as I can see the sting in the tail here

The big point is these current landfill sites “ ARE “ customers of sunup and therefore go straight in to the mixer. It’s why sunup put the money up and to be honest .... 10,000 sites landmarked that require this treatment is mind boggling as the osmosis treatment can bring in higher revenue. Starting to join the dots here and not to forget the industrial sites “ACROSS “ India that are trialling the AMBC system through advent looks like this is staring to come together slowly but surely. Taurus..... spit on with your summary, however these plants they have on trial in India better come by the bucket loads as it looks like small revenues / set up fee considering they have one in Oman, India , China and a number of other sales amounting to a whopping £ 1.98m shows just how many they need to shift / sign up to make a break. To be honest it baffles me how Gibraltar could be worth £22m .... that is currently 11x current sales so itsBIG. Maybe worth the wait but boy do they need to get it moving and receipt of first payment.

The market had lost confidence regarding this transaction. The fact it’s taken so long and yet MWG can not disclose payments is rediculous. Let’s hope bodal come to the rescue as they seem to have got the membrane system in to a “number” of new possible partners who are trialing it. This is for sure a 12 month play from here. The existing pilot plant has been successfully deployed at industrial sites across India. Following successful demonstration of our technology we are in negotiations to license it for a number of new projects......... looks like some good need on its way and especially the word “ number “ is very exciting.

Very strange trading today, large sells going through yet the largest trade was actually a buy. Either way it’s time for mwg to wake up And get a move on. Still think they need to update Gibraltar in detail With payment plan included. Something tells me there’s a surprise tomorrow in the results. We shall See

Gains potentially here on any good update from Gibraltar alone. 16p looking very likely.
