Cambells agree. Not harsh on seingred. I think seeing the sp decline over 5 years would make people sick rather than 2 lines of another stock. Gold is being battered but I’m guessing that any toll deal will be done based around a price of $1200. So in theory it’s a 50-50 split with a fixed gold price of $1200 hedges and if it falls lower than b2 still recieve a minimum of $1200 and Condor get the remaining profit.

Surely the selling isn’t over is it ? I hope so somehow. Just a quick remainder the last permit took about 6 weeks so we should get the approvals for America and mestiza in the 2nd week of April or actually then being feeder pits and a lot smaller it could come end of this month. Here’s to 45p and a de-risk.

I have ggp on my watchlist from previously and if newcrest paid £40m to farm in to 70% of god knows what then currently 2.4m oz looks good and 5m oz is life changing ..... but is it ? I guess the only problem here is that it’s located in Nicaragua, if it was Canada then condor would have been long gone by now which begs the question ..... B2 know this ..... they know it’s only then who are the real buyers and they will pay what they want .... still think $100m or £1 is a fair offer !!! Agreed. Sub 20p it is. Still think he should get the toll agreement and try to prove up a few more ounces as he said he easily could and shut up shop ...., get rid. Even with toll rns we might be lucky to get 30-40% rise and that’s still us all under water and still in the 20s and still there will be selling pressure. Oh well .... still it is then !!!

Seingred. Fair play. The thing that struck me is that MC said there’s 2 mines nearby ..... so do you think he could strike say ... 25k with each mill ? For 3 months then 2 years ? I’ve got a really good feeling MC will sign toll with MORE than 1 mill. I really hope so. Also the VERY ADVANCED discussions is a good sign that nobody has backed out of any potential deal. Got a feeling the sp will kick on this week ...... regardless of what sells pop through !!!

Barnard. True say. I’m thinking them guys are probably waiting for all the ducks to be lined up and just put the £70m themselves needed to build the mine. Don’t rule out either one making a bid to take cnr private ...... billionaires get bored easily and I can see one of them if not both thinking “ let me use this years dividends to buy out cnr “. It really is as simple as that. Every investor is different. I was emotional at the start wanting a quick turn around but have learnt this log will take some burning ..... but it will burn and warm my bank balance to a nice degree. Some want to throw in the towel and I get it how saj123 explained that regardless of his work how could MC just let cnr sp sink over the years ... that’s another story. Slim. I feel like you do mate but I’ve now decided to ignore the trades n just look forward to the end result which is plenty to go around. I’m so glad MC has skin in the game otherwise it would be curtains for us small investors.

I can see no news until June now or maybe there will be snippets but the big news regarding toll or finance won’t be for atleast another 8-12weeks at best. I know I sound like a broken record but it really is now or never for MC. Surely he must be talking to a 3rd party about taking a 20% stake in the company. Oh great ..... we have CG, City financial and IFC all wanting to offload. Looks like I’m wrong again ...again and this will sink lower than 20p. Wow. Just wow. Looks like I’m going to be forced in to topping up and start shopping at farm foods for the rest of the year. Looks like I got it all wrong and I’m sure now that B2 have cnr by the balls. Drop of $50 in gold price doesn’t help but hey wt fdik. Looks like it might just be better for all of the toll agreement fails to come through and MC is forced to sell the company. Best way to look at this is we could have been invested in another aim con but for some saving grace this stock has substance and hopefully value in the end. So glad my average is 26p and not like most of you unlucky guys on here.
