Tester — here’s why I think b2 will takeover condor for peanuts. . The fact is they will play it safe and bring mark on biare the “ NEW” company that’s formed with Nicaragua assets. Jim and Ross will also have / retain bod positions or equity as part of the takeover and it’s a win win for all of them as dividends kick in etc etc. As you could see, MC looks shattered and he’s glad that b2 are helping him and wants all the help he can get. The agreement can only be for 1 thing .... to test other parts of the vein and to finalise a offer that’s not forced but kind of hostile with mc, JM and rb all on board the new gravy train. As to what I think the sp will be ? A price of $80m or 70p ish a share would do it or best case $100m and 85p a share. There’s no way Mr Johnson is letting this go .... easy money for him or like MC says we buy their mine and then we are quids in.

Sharketmare... it’s always the case here, too much time taken to announce news. They have been drilling / on site Ghana for god knows how long and they STILL HAVE not drilled the whole resource , instead you will get a figure of so-called this much and potential risk for that much. Chad is a million miles away and the ONLY thing that made me close my short was the recent ZAMAROU project in Côte d’Ivoire which VM said could dwarf chad ..... so in theory chad is now 3rd after being 2most important .. Côte d’Ivoire rns fur anyday to confirm acquisition, Ghana will be a half hearted info rns, chad will just drag out for the next 18 months ATLEAST and I think they will fast track the recent find. Don’t forget the 15% additional market shares required to fund expenses or VM and his new suits at each event.... current £5m raise is running out fast as they have 3assets in 3 countries with 3 teams looking at them who need paying. . It’s a tricky one here but unless they SELL the Ghana deposit outright to fund the 2 gold projects this boat will take a long time and a very big wave to get it moving.

Nothing trades at 100% value , you need to factor in 50% risk factor for Nicaragua and if money raised the dilution will be significant. I really hope you guys are right but I highly doubt it simply because of the way market values assets / jurisdictions/ risk factors. . Would have liked to see more momentum going forward and a sp of 25-26p before the toll news is announced but I guess we are here for a while and with the initial news many will sell who purchased recently and we will drift until the major major news of the mine is released. Very good to see realistic people opinions of the current situation. I’m always nervous when there’s a company that’s solely reliant on the ceo as this is the case with cnr, more importantly if MC can’t do much .... sp wise .... then I can’t see anyone else coming in to do better. I guess we are all tied up here and without sounding pessimistic I think the 10 bagger days are simply gone and posters who think this will bag many times are done what deluded. Top up whilst you can as 20 is the new 40 and I have a feeling upside is limited regardless of what happens. I’m happy to take my 28p and move on.

Good constructive comments is good to see here. Let’s keep it this way folks. Reality is everyone has different price sets and investment amounts in here so views vary according to that. I thought that the permits would be announced by now but either way the satellite pits are very close to being given green light. I really hope MC can secure the toll with BOTH of b2 golds mines and that it’s way above 20-30k ounces and more like 60k ounces in total. We need something like that to really good be the market a hook and uppercut combo to get the sp moving. 20-30k ounces drip feeds money in .... helps ...... 50-60k ounces sees excellent cash flow / profits after exploration costs and a very healthy sp

Barnard and pk221 make very valid points without being blunt like myself. Truth is if it’s 5 months or 5 years .... the sp is in regular decline WITH all the excellent work MC has done ... dare I say anything bad happens but it’s natural to lose hope/ or worry with so many false dawns over so many years. . As I also mentioned before, I can also see MC calling it a day after this, don’t think he’s got another 10 years to go through another post as ceo with another company. Hence I always say sell the company and enjoy the work you put in. It’s a simple question .... Would u wait 2 years for MC to prove up 5m+ ounces when clearly the market has a peanut cake on 2.4m oz soon to be 3.3m oz with additional drilling as shown in the latest presentation or ... Sell up cnr within 3 months with the 2.4m oz and also permits in place ? And get cash for it now .... he retires .... we move our investment elsewhere ? Fact is if he’s not succeeded yet is getting the market to recognise and has even mentioned toll mining in an rns and it’s likelyhood yet still no response makes me believe that 30p+ could be the new 50p trading range eqvalent as many have been buying low and will bank after a good rise. ... Dare I say it but say the rns regarding toll is announced from the current sp.... it’s likely to hit a minimum 30-40% rose or if it’s on a really good market day we could see an intra day high of 50% gain ..... yet that’s only around the 30p ... along with selling this could settle around 25p again waiting on production figures !!!!! It’s a funny game out there ..... u just got to know how to play it and be realistic.

I did warn you when these relisted. Typical that the same posters are trying to ramp it all the time. Give up. Move on. Because we all know the sp is going to follow the same pattern as the last 6 months. Save your money whilst u can.

Frenchie. 5mins ? You mean 5 months mate and yes I want out .... simple. This has all the hall mark of a typical aim stock, huge promise, years of decilining share price , asset located in some of the wirlds worst parts but some respectable head behind it. So why invest ? Well it’s better than some other nonsense investments out there n one has to buy something with the pennies ...... 28p andyou can have my golden shares all day long. I’ve had enough of this very high risk nonsense that will take another 4 years to wait and equivalent to 20 years of stress waiting.

Investors have been waiting 8 years and o can’t wait another 3 years only for something to go titts up. Same old presentation ..... same colour slides, same old bs without any results. Mike29 I get it but u missed a big big cooperate issue ..... if they (assore) are here for lithium and that they didn’t want to find the gold .... buying out the lithium mine would make sense right ? But as swest mentions why not make a move? ( for IRR) as the bid to buy the lithium mine would be sufficient to buy the whole company and they could just sell off the gold assets ? It’s like if they bid $300m for the Ghana asset knowing the major vehicle makers will be queuing up soon ..... why not just bid $350m for the whole company and probably get more back by selling off chad , Gabon and Côte d’Ivoire?? $350m would equate to about 60p a share or so. . I think toro put up a very valid pic where us shower assore in control of 100% of companies that are exploring or producing in their own portfolios and IRR is the ONLY one they hold a percentage in. . Personally I’m still waiting and watching but surely these targets can’t be as big as they say or are they? If so there’s no chance of getting them in to production as too many majors will want a piece ... Assore would love to snap up the remaining 65% of IRR and then make many multiples from it. Time will tell but VM and co need to strike whilst the iron is hot. .. I think they should hold on to Gabon as it’s under explored and they would get peanuts but rather they sell off Ghana and give 20% of the proceeds as a special dividend to shareholders, don’t think the II or bod would mind that as it would give them their investment back and some .... depending on the price they get. ... Australian asset needs to go ASAP if they say cdi is that good .... and sell Ghana to assore as they seemed to have payed. Number of site visits ... ... Then combine the chad and Côte d’Ivoire assets to become a producer with 5-10-15m oz resource and looking forward in 2-3 years time gold price will be much higher. That’s my 2pence worth. Just my opinion.

Lol, glad you can see the funny side to it mike29, he actually mentions it in both recent interviews. What really got me is the one with the Female reporter and when he says “dwarf chad” his body shakes and his lips stumble which applies that there’s the mother load there in Côte d’Ivoire and that has actually moved up to 2nd most important asset after Ghana because VM also mentions it being very expensive to mine and explore in chad compared to others. I just don’t know anymore, I don’t like the fact it’s still sounds like a broken record. Has he not tired of doing these cheap interviews and look rather desperate. From an external view it seems he’s everywhere doing shows / interviews but the talking must stop now and more walking towards the markets. One thing I struggle to get is if there’s these monsters and VM tries to convince the world then as rightly asked by the gent “ what backing does sumitomo give” or bring ? Surely assure would just stump up the $20m needed to fast track the whole portfolio ??? It seems strange how VM keeps saying multi million ounce potential when nothing is happening to the sp nor the current backers stepping up with big money ! I’m out for now but not 100% convinced.
