To be fair IFC have been selling stakes or partial stakes all across the board so I don’t think it’s CNR specific and also it’s not their entire stake, either way with Kate on board they will have direct contact with each other and inform of decisions taken as n when they arrive. It’s just my opinion but I think the deal is signed SUBJECT to the grades / tests coming back satisfactory as MC would not have sounded so confident in his recent interview. Not long now and once the deal is announced then it will be constant news flow with production / cash flow updates and also further drilling results from the new concession they recieved recently. Lots n lots to look forward to here ..... it’s dry wood ... just needs that match to light up what could be one hell of a fire with smoke reaching all parts including the Rampers and day traders lol who are yet to join us.

One massive point in negotiations we have not touched on is the previous b2 man in charge now runs the Ruks for MC and will know exactly what’s happening down the road. It’s why I agree with 728 and said before the ball is in condors court andMC has put a take it or leave it deal for them. After 7-8 pain staking years you will no way throw away production especially with the knowledge and finance experience of MC. Tests are being done now and in my option the agreement is set in stone .... on conditions the tests come back positive. I clearly remember MC mentioning in one of his interviews that the significant change took place with the “ super intendent “ is what he called him lol. 728. I think what would be really interesting is if you worked out the number of ounces that would be lined over 2 YEARS as any agreement would be for a minimum 2 years as MC stated. If it was for 3-6 months then apart from proving the grades there’s no real financial benefit or value added. So it’s $400 an ounce and I reckon MC would want to mine atleast 30 and most likely 40k ounces a year obviously depending on capacity at the mill but I’m sure with those grades B2 would be happy to accommodate. All eyes on that RNS

Sw. I think it’s fair to say most of Africa is undervalued because of this reason. Look at Nigeria for instance .... more political issues than one can imagine but companies still trading ..... still making money and with chad the government will quickly support IRR and if it does prove to hold say 10-15m oz then there’s not a cat in hells chance IRR will go in to production. It will have a massive for sake sign all over it ...... but here’s the catch ...... u must wait a minimum 12 to possible 18 months to get resource confirmation.

I think it’s absolutely fair to say that if MC decided to shut up shop and walk away ..... he would still get £50m or $75m for condor. That’s 70-80p a share bare minimum and if you discount that still with 20-30% then if it’s Armageddon and the world has dissolved ..... u still get 50p a share .... double your money at today’s prices. Imagine having a mine with spare capacity ? And your not making a lot of money because of low grades and not e ouch tonnes to process ? MC has been on the ground and MOST IMPORTANTLY they have the mine manager who operated the b2 mine before. So I’m firmly a believe that the ball is more in condors corner with a slight shade of it in b2s.

MC clearly stated that condor are being valued at $12 an ounce in the ground and that a recent takeover / purchase for a company was $48 an ounce which he clearly implied there’s 4x your money here at THE WORST case scenario

N2s I think vince has made it priority to boost the sp n get the word out there.
