To be fair I would rather the IC did not mention what we already know. Usually they are the kiss of death and many of you on here will hopefully understand where I’m coming from. IC and Midas are non starters and have gained on 90% of tips given. However the safety here is we are below cash so it’s good to go. I don’t trust media tips or these private web traders who think they are specialists. I do expect that if AA buys for lest than £400-500m next year then a special dividend will almost certainly be on the cards. Anything near £1b and it will be normal divi with hopefully a 10-20% increase. Only stick I have in my portfolio and the only one I will keep throughout 2020

Irene, I think your a very credible poster who desenrs respect for calling out this stock. I luv balanced views and have been caught out in the past with many blatant ramping of shares. This is a massive double edge sword and my worry is with so many AI companies being born everyday it’s only matter of time before they eat in to prsm and it’s users. Ticking time bomb here. Good luck with whatever you choose to do. Not for me I’m afraid.

This stock is drifting lower again. I hope it holds £17 and if it falls below it again then we will be on a downward trend and would have broken support. Agree it’s weird how it runs out of steam but one of the reasons had to be the number of shares in issue , only 8m in free float so little selling / buying moves this and maybe some are just selling to buy other stocks. Good luck to them. We will surely start a re-rate that’s sustainable when AA tells the market we have £20 cash in bank..... per share lol

Thought I’d just read through last results again just to confirm how undervalued we are here
On 31/8 we had approx £219 m of unrestricted cash ( £16.84) for each share
Moving forward 3 months I believe that unrestricted cash will have grown to £19.60 a share
My thought process is as follows
20000 boed giving $9m per week income at $63
Production cost of $22 leaves $6m each week
Capex $114m ($2.2m a week as an average)
So that leaves $198 m or $3.8 m a week cash build which is about 0.23p for each and every share
We should be cracking £20 a share of unrestricted cash within the next few weeks

Now don’t be surprised when the numbers drop in and the sp shoots up, I think it’s very important that AA outlines the cash per share they have when publishing full year results. Bring on the new year !!!!

Was just looking at spirit energy , now that Siccar has gone for about $2b the next best on the block is spirit energy.

Debt free and producing 130,000 bopd which decreases to 100,000 in 3-5 years time.

It’s worth £1.5b and I think it’s out of our reach but here’s the catch ..... the other 30% is of big interest.

The document says Centrica wants to sell its 69% stake while SWM will "evaluate proposals" for the remaining stake, including a cash or share transaction or the entrance of a new partner.

Can you imagine if AA pulled off the other 30% for cash and shares ?

That would add 39,000 bopd instantly along with our 20,000 bopd.

Technically we have a cash cow that’s debt free churning 60,000 bopd ...... wow. Just wow. !!!!

When I said I’m waiting for £16.60 I got shot so I bought at prices I’ve told u guys. We need to relax , a 30p drop for a £17 stock is peanuts and although I’m down £1500 already I’m very contempt and expect 60-80p swings especially upwards. Personally I don’t care or rate what malcy says. I know we are on choppy waters with macro events but believe me if AA wants to move then this sp will be out of sight before you know it we will be trading at really dizzy levels. Usually take 30 days to drill and 14 days to test so hopefully we will get constant news throughout the year with RRE

Duster. He said operational update so you could be right. Usually they would say “ look forward to full year results “ so actually thinking about it ....has AA just told us January will be acquisition time.

I feel for so many over at TLW and let that be a warning. The market will butcher the sp ...... prsm had to come out with blowing results yet the sp is still only £9.75. I can promise you had it missed target by a fraction then it would have been £4. Only invest what you can afford to lose here.... got a feeling the market wants spectacular all the time and when these guys miss them it’s game over.

Duster I’m patient .... only because I’ve been forced in to getting that quality. It’s hard to be patient in this type of market where many are being put to the sword and if it’s not a profit warning then production issues and if non of them then SFO investigations lol. I wouldn’t mind a quick buck or £23-24 by new year and that’s just being honest but I’ve got a feeling that this is a golden goose that will keep laying them eggs.

I was looking at Faroe p which got bought by DNO for about £681m , they had low production and ok reserves with capacity to increase over the years towards 40-50k bopd. Debt free.

I think RRE can easily become a £600-700m company either organically or through acquisitions that could take its mc to over £1b. Question is with only 8m free float shares in issue what share price predictions does the future hold.

Duster, you seem to know everything on here. Luck counts has a point , although AA saidno buy backs .... is he not allowed to charge his mind ??? Is it set in stone ? I think some of you guys on here just need to calm down and back off with the ill feeling you carry towards posts. I think it would actually be quiet shrewd if he bought back shares with only 8m in free float and then also make a medium sized acquisition. Win win situation for all.

This is why I mentioned my personal preferred route for AA is to swallow 2-3 smaller companies and still be cash king with no debt. Look at all the players out there from Pmo, Enq, and my gosh Tlw.... it’s debt that’s killing them. AA .... don’t try to grow too big too quick ....producing assets are the way forward. Game changer here would be spirit energy but that’s wishful as they are a very big company. Zennor would be a nice fit and maybe some % of producing fields that are on the chopping block. That will do for now.
