MT - I have close to 7,600 shares already. I’m looking to add 1,000 more and that would be it. I can see this being the perfect storm as somebody mentioned before. Assets will be priced at low end. Can you imagine what the centrica bod would accept for spirit in this environment. Uffffff.

MT. I’m waiting for this Friday hoping the sp is still here. Cheap as chips ..... when I look at the whole market and stocks that present serious value..... every stock has 1 problem .... it had debt on its books ..... apart from RRE and that’s what makes me sleep really well at night.

Was hoping the fuel cell can stop Coronavirus. Hope so :)

Yes soberman there has been a warning , they have warned profits will double this year and after the acquisition the profits will quadruple with a 100% increase in the dividend giving the stock a 8-10% yield. Apart from that the sp is falling. Frustrating I know but be warned. Lol

The current market environment is key to shy stock/ sector rising.

If you look at TLW market cap then at nearly £550m or $700m I think there are many other opportunities for companies to make a T/O rather than buy Tlw for say £1b and accumulate all the headache / uncertainty that comes with it. Unfortunately I see this settling mid 30s. Good luck.

Soberman I agree. It’s annoying ..... only if your looking for a trade or 10% to move on. If you look at the traits before the marathon deal then RRE bored the c rap out of investors only to give them 400% gain few moths later. Hold for gold chap.

Rookie. I’m with you on that. I don’t trust anyone especially the city / politicians and high powered individuals. I agree the timing of this is suspect and we will never know but as long as you know that these things go on behind closed doors then u have half a chance against them.

Bob, that is exactly what I want AA to chase, itvwiukd bring an extra 30,000 bopd and allow a bigger player to acquire centricas % and operate the fields..... amongst all this we would still be DEBT FREE and look to get bigger longer term. Either way I’m very happy and relaxed about my investment here. Must admit I’ve put more than I should have but it’s too tempting not to. Here’s to strong buying today and hopefully £19 on the horizon very soon.

Don’t forget .... SPIRIT invested £400m in to HUR .... what a ****tail of events this has turned out to be. Looking at the HUR graph I think the sooner spirit goes the better the spirit is for everyone lol.

Centrica, down 17%. The British Gas owner said revenue slipped and it swung to a pretax loss on sharp impairment costs amid a "challenging environment" in 2019. The company also slashed its dividend by 58% to 5.0p per share from 12.0p. The company announced the decision to rebase its payout in July, with the cut attributed to changes regarding the UK default tariff price cap, additional pension deficit contributions and restructuring charges. Revenue slipped 2.0% to GBP26.83 billion from GBP27.38 billion in 2018. Centrica swung to a pretax loss of GBP1.75 billion from a GBP575 pretax profit the year prior. For 2020, Centrica has guided to adjusted operating cash flow of between GBP1.6 billion to GBP1.8 billion. "Centrica belongs to this group of 'challenged' FTSE 100 members because the public have been turning their back on the British Gas brand and management seemed to have lost focus in recent years. It has a plan to get back on track but the journey is likely to be very bumpy," said AJ Bell's Russ Mould.

Good point jimmy. I think RRE is positioned nicely and will pick up many loose ends on the way to building a monster. Oil just jumped 5%. Don’t care to be honest. I just want Arran and brae to come online along with cotton field and then we will look at the projections. I think AA must have his eyes on a big prize .... I’m still going for spirit energy or 2-3 of Exxon’s bigger fields. Watch this space.

Other infill wells along with certain wells exceeding output is likely ....

Add another 3-5,000 bopd.

Not to forget tain discovery....... I think end of 2021 we could easily exceed 50,000 bopd.

Forget our cash .... forget the acquisition we are waiting for. 50,000 bopd will command min £600m mc and £50 share price to say the least. How many times .... hold for gold.

Also I noticed sustained selling pressure in the afternoon that escalated after 4pm. The last time this trend was spotted was when a seller was clearing / reducing their holding. Am amazed we are here given the 2-3 day relief rally in stocks but I’m buying more tomorrow morning ... amazing to think I was up over £20k within a few weeks ago only to be up less than a quarter of that makes me wonder .... if only I woke up b bought back cheaper lol. But I’m glad I didn’t bevause im here until 2022 and I want my £56 a share target price by then. About £750m market cap. Easily achievable.
