Hosai - its interest rates and more particularly the re balancing of the asset purchase. meaning, the feds will be selling. This problem has been long time coming. They may have to put the economy into recession to control the inflation.

Hosai - shopify valuation is completely much like all the tech shares on nasdaq, that was due to the feds pumping money into the markets and all that went into tech bubble. If you are not old enough to remember the tech bubble of the lat 90s, I suggest you read up and pay particular attention to what happened to nasdaq. The fall there has only just begun, wait till the Fed raise interest rates month on month from march.
