In September we were told that Hole1 samples were at Lab and that results expected in coming weeks. Here we are at the end of October and no results for hole1, why the delay?

Once the permit is granted, the wheels will be set in motion to get everything going quickly. Road repair first and then they will be good to go.

You only got to look at the comparative mcaps of PLSR and HEX , HE1 and you will know that anything between 10-15 mcap is a great punt prior to drill. Fact it is sitting well below that suggests that if all goes well, there is fortunes to be made here at this mcap.

Just look over at WSBN, neglected for a long time but once the story got going, its exploded. Same can happen here.

I think the time scale they are working with and your and mine are slightly different. I don't believe they are in a rush, they are taking their time and working through meticulously. Not that there is anything wrong with that. I don't believe they have drill ready targets to go or any firm plans to cleanup and re test anytime soon, so don't see any material news till 2026 now.

It's clear he did de-risk. It made no sense to pay back loan in the middle of drilling campaign.

The RNS doesn't read very well to me. Seems like they haven't hit anything significant .

Thanks Dustyslay. We are in the same boat, wanting the same outcome. I hope your optimism prevails over my pessimism at the proposed restructure of equity share.

Dustyslay - I am not advocating for anyone to sell (or buy for that matter.) I am an investor here and to me the signs are very positive that there is a world class mineable deposit, ofcourse we have to wait for phase 3 results. Pensana, I have never invested nor know much about them but from what you said, it's an apple to oranges comparison. To make myself clear, what I am saying is that in the success case scenario, we cannot have someone with the power of pulling the rug under us all and not share all the fruits from the success. Just for example in a success case scenario, they could choose to take us all out at say £50m (or £100m for that matter) and then sell it on later for £500m. These are illustrative figures, they can take us all out for far less and sell it on for far more. I just don't want anyone to have the power to do that to us retail punters.

Dustylay - equity raise with others, FD to get diluted.

But question is why does FD want to retain such a large percentage and not let itself get diluted? If not for subsequent take over the company for peanuts in success case, which is looking more and more likely depending on phase 3. Early backers always start with high percentage and then allow themselves to be diluted with series of fundraises as time passes. Here they are wanting to go over 50% and basically have an option of the direction and taking over the company at a time of their choosing.

Are you telling me that Sam has no other option besides FD to raise funds?

Why not just equity raise for 3 or 4 million without the waiver?
