Same thing that happened to Truss, the treasury yields were rising and predicted to go at 8% pretty rapidly, that would have sent the mortgages soaring. Ironically, its the Japanese selling that forced his hand overnight and not the Chinese.

Very likely it was around 200p if you give the usual 50-60% markup on the share price at that time. Anything way below that would quite frankly be insulting.

It's the job of the market regulators to investigate. It's irrelevant now what any party is saying. They have admitted wrong doing, and FCA should be investigating independently without delay. That's is my point. Otherwise what is the point of FCA.
