Radika - You have misunderstood. What it means is that somewhere in the 1500m drilled well, there "might" be a 6m pocket of oil, but they are not sure yet and so need to do more analysis. They may well come back next week and say, sorry no oil.

You need an investigation into PRD and find the truth as to what's been happening for the last 5 years and where all the money raised has gone. That's what you need.
