DP , referring to your question has the regarding the publishing of the flow process. I knew i had seem something. The following is on the home page of the Pensana site. https://youtu.be/56_gIrpKr9o This is very informative and illustrates the process flow better than any process flow diagram or PF&ID would. If had to take a guess, and unfortunately that’s what it would be at this stage, but based on the company statements regarding the production of a paste. I would put money on the process described as Refiney tails thickening, towards the end of the process and video

Theo, Tony isn't the only one who writes to the board. I have found them responsive and informative. But always cognisant of the fact they are a public company. You answer the question as to why no disclosure has been made on the process. There is no point in giving away process details unless you have to. Union Carbide and others have made large amounts of money by licensing chemical processes. many of which are patented and many being variations on the fischer tropff process which is not a patentable process in its own right but there own application of the processes are. if a patent is applied for, but not granted, the details will not be disclosed. this would deter anyone from applying as they wouldn't have protection from others using the published details until such time as the patent is granted. Confidentialityy remains paramount until that time, and you are right, the principle of wheel works as efficiently in Angola as it does in China, Uk or anywhere else. but there are plenty of patents on the design of the wheel.

DP, as far as i am aware, the patent has been applied for, not granted as yet. The FEED does show three processes, ie the concentrate facility and the MRES plant and the Saltend Separation facilty. The concentrate processes 1.5 million tons of Ore containing approximately 13,000 MTs of NdPr, of which 45% is extracted, the MRES facility, extracts 72% of the NdPr from the concentrate. Producing up to 41,000 MTs of Sulphate to be transported to Saltend, with a RE content of 30%, and NdPr of 4,500 MTs. The first stage wont remove any thorium. As the Sulphate is advised to contain zero radionuclides, then these are logically removed at MRES stage.
I dont see the point about the costing, the $15/kg is applied to the production of 12,500 MTs of RE oxides. The $44/kg is obtained by applying the total cost of the RE oxides to the NdPr only and classifying the remaining RE Oxides as by-products. Ie $44 x 4500 / 12500 = $15.84As Cerium and Lanthanum which make up the balance of production currently have prices of less than $12/kg. This makes sense, as these products have to be produced in order to obtain the NdPr and currently have a value on the open market of over $65 million p.a.

Eloro, just read that article myself and if i may say, it is extremely misleading. Link attached, not exactly from an independent source, being the Rare Earth Observer. https://treo.substack.com/p/pensana-acknowledge-radioactive-materials?s=r . It states that approximately 1,342 MTs of Thorium is produced, in order to extract 4,500 MTs of NdPr. And uses that to come up with a figure of 33.5%. It omits to state that In i order to get 4,500 MTs of NdPr, 1.5 million tons of ore needs to be mined. This make the thorium content 0.0928%. 0r 928 ppm. This is not 30% thorium, 30% thorium would be 500,000 MTs. The effect on NORM levels is negligible, and easily controlled, it is possible with the right treatment that the NORM levels may even be reduced as they are stored. You may want to have a look at the attached document from the IAEA, regarding handling high NORM materials. It doesnt help anybodies position when so called facts are misrepresented. The saying lies, damn lies and statistics seems t be appropriate here. It is attributed to Disraeli (but apparently he didn’t actually say it)

Theo, just read it twice. Then again. Why is it pathetic? Or bad English. I'm not looking for a fight or argument. I don't see the writing of a literary scholar in there. Equally, I dont see anything worse than I would have written. As for content, a question was asked and an answer was clearly given. I don't see any reason to question the content. Seems entirely plausible to me.

Sundrum, Theo has no view. He has a strategy, to serve an end. I don't believe it is shorting or accumulations. It's just to keep a flow shares coming on the market, no matter how small the volume.

Theo, great argument for a change, or rather reverting back to a decent discussion. all you say is correct. I also agree that bond holders will never put up 100% of the capital. why would they or why should they. just so the equity holders can become multi-millionaires over night, whilst they have to be satisfied with a fixed coupon. regardless of how generous it may be. you are correct. i suspect you know a lot more of what is going on though. lets see what happens

Hi Theo, for further clarifications. whilst i said thin volumes, i did expand that the thin volumes were allowing someone to keep the price at a level that they need. i have my own ideas why. but as I've said before, i dont post without backup

Sundrum, that is exactly what is going on, but without any sellers it doesn't work. They dont need many. im suspecting they are as delighted as everyone else that the plan seems to be coming together.

MJM3, what did i say to you to warrant this? if you hate this stock so much, and you dont believe the SP will go up, then cut your lossessell up and move on. if you dont want to take the loss that you allude to, then make either make some constructive comments or just be quiet. for the record, i m about 35% down to0, but that's the name of the game. i dont expect to be for very long. if i am wrong, then so be it.
