Disposal of MetalNRG Shares

EQTEC plc (AIM:EQT), a leading licensor and innovator of syngas technology for clean conversion of the world's waste into sustainable energy and biofuels, to power the circular economy, announces the sale of its entire holding, being 60,606,061 shares, in MetalNRG plc ("MNRG") (LON:MNRG), the natural resources company, for total consideration of c. £0.2 million.

EQTEC no longer considers its holding in MNRG to be strategic, following MNRG's decision to withdraw from new energy infrastructure development to refocus on core mining opportunities. The investment was previously written off in EQTEC's audited results for the year ended 31 December 2023.

This disposal reflects EQTEC's commitment to prioritising assets and partnerships that directly support its mission to advance sustainable energy and fuel solutions. The proceeds from the sale will be reinvested into EQTEC's core business activities, furthering its efforts to deliver clean, renewable energy and alternative fuels from waste.

So amazingly the sun came up today , contrary to all the wild speculation yesterday about it all being terrible.

On reflection the H1 news is really quite significant. I expect we will see the formal sales agreement, sales

revenue in the next 2 weeks, if not sooner, and perhaps

some detail around H2 and Gobi and what if any

rectification can assist with the flow rates.

Sunstep update to follow and then an update on cash recieved from 1st month oil sales.

A lot of good news expected and hopefully this will stable the share price at a more realistic level.

As a remimder, we have 66 million barrels in place with between 4.5 and 6 Billion USD worth of oil. As at Novber 24th revenue of between 650000 and 1.8.million USD per

month

We should also expect some media from Mike around the works plan for next year and possibly a multi well program with DQE.

Also we have new block awards and some detail around these.

We are only mid November so we have a lot of good news possible before the end of the year

· The oil has more associated gas than expected which improves the flow potential but is also causing pressure fluctuations at surface and so production is currently choked back in the 200 to 300 bpd range.
