The Mongolians have the chance to build their own oil industry , with all the benefits that go with it. Why would they sell out toe the Chinese. I think a JV would be preferable to PM. ATB

AIM was set up to encourage riskier investors to invest in smaller start up companies , which tend to grow quicker than larger more established companies. New govt are relying on economic growth to increase public spending. I would be surprised if the benefits of AIM , VCT's and EIS schemes were withdrawn.
