Henderson only owned 5% and if they had totally sold out they would have had to notify the market below key thresholds e.g. next level would have been 4%. Even if they had completely sold out it is only 5% and does not explain a drop of this magnitude. Like I said the market is becoming increasingly rogue. No doubt the city boys will get news of anything first.

SP was 185p on December 4th pre-update Now 121p Lets be clear here a fall of that magnitude (35%) is not caused by PI's who may be selling a few thousand here and there. Millions must have been sold but again for every seller there is a buyer so has been accumulating these shares and building up a stake? Also where are the holdings RNS' showing the increased/decreased positions? Things like this reflect very poorly on the stock market. I saw this behaviour with Spire recently.

Those of you attacking Debenhams over the balance sheet and intangibles level should have a look at Card Factory's. It is worse. CARD - intangibles of �330M; tangibles just �39M; net assets �250M. DEB is by no means alone in having high intangibles/goodwill.

No. Intangibles have put me off. Take them out and you are left with -ve equity. Does not mean this will not rebound though.

The incident was back in 2015. From what I have read this cost UU £25M and this included £18M customer compensation - surely this should already have shown in the 15-16 results? SP continues to be suppressed. Has been nearly 6 weeks now since initial drop from 185p. 126p-121p seems to be the new range. Remains highly oversold. Even basket AIM shares have a decent technical bounce after such a mass sell off.

FY results are to 31st December I understand. Nov + Dec were far colder this year compared to last which should help. The oil price was also up 20%+ compared to last year.
