I have just received a corporate action notification from H L outlining my entitlement but it also stated that "Excess applications will also be allowed". Does this mean I can purchase as many as I want at 5p?

My question regarding admission was a rhetorical one. The trial update I believe has been confirmed in an RNS for Friday 19th June.

What impact will the 37,500,000, new 2 pence shares from the placing last week have on the share price when they are admitted to trading tomorrow morning at 8am ? ?

The most generous one I've seen through Primary Bid recently was aim listed Open Orphan a bio company discounted at 76%. 2 days later the sp was parity with the PB raise price.

It means the public offering is open to Joe Public NOW and will close as soon as the available shares are subscribed to. Usually around 8pm or 9pm this evening. The share price you are paying will be advised at the close of the process. There is usually a £20 administration charge payable. You can only subscribe through Primary Bid. When you complete the PB application you are asked for your broker and account number so they can allocate the shares. For some reason these PB raises are often over subscribed. You pay by debit card now without knowing what price you're paying. You invest a sum value. It's all smoke and mirrors or extraction of the urine.

News Friday 19th June per RNS. 4+ Million 2pence shares to start trading on aim at 8am Thursday 18th June.

Looks like they've made their .money on a CFD and got out. They will have bought in the 3p plus range so will have made a good wedge. Wouldn't surprise me if they buy back in during the next few days in anticipation of a rapid SO rise on a positive RNS.

The problem with Spreadex involvement is the nature of spread betting. Depending on the bet, they either make their money if the share price goes down, or if it goes up. If they've called the bet correctly it's in their interests for the share price to be as low as possible to maximise their profits. Any rise lessens their win.

Does anyone know why the RNS 4971N regarding Panmure Gordon's shareholding purchase has not been recorded on this bulletin board??e

Can't buy any amount at the moment. Been trying to buy 200000 for the last hour or so but no live prices? Selling price is creeping up currently 1.2825p on HL. Odd prices showing at 1.1p on HL nowhere near actual dummy sell quote.

The importance of verifiable test and research results cannot be understated. If there is any anomally in our current test data, the verified phase 1 and 2 results will also be discredited. The verification process must be strictly followed and any claim made by the company watertight. Those of us who invested in Motif Bio will be well aware of a share where phase 3 was inadequately conducted resulting in a SP crash from 0.46p to 0.00046p. The devil is in the detail.
