Just received an email from HL regarding consolidation os share register as of close of business on 11th May, subject to earlier egm.

Can't buy any quantity on HL either.

26.28% down on HL at 0.25p at the moment

Check out the spread. .304 to sell nearly 35% spread.

Mainly to facilitate the acquisition of 100%of Aspire, which in itself will add value.

YA 11 PN have Sold their 10% holding as of 20th March and reduced it to nil.?

Given that the Non execs have stated that they will issue a supplemental document 14 clear days before the meeting on the 19th March 26, ie: Next Thursday, I think it's worth waiting a few more days after this weekend.

You would imagine that a billionaire banker of Mc.Coll's stature will have known that a buffer of that proportion would need to be lodged and planned accordingly . I doubt it was that much of a surprise.

Can't sell any quantity of CHP shares through HL since early this morning. Buy at 0.0026 though.

My 20000000 @ 00244 in red was a buy, so I would guess the other 2 transactions in red @ 00244 are also buys.

Personally, i don't believe this is near the bottom yet, but the stock is so tinder dry, that any spark of news will see this burn like a good un. Glass half full.
