Pretty sure he released this letter only because people started spreading rumours. On top of that both companies made comments,to me it seems that they already agreed on terms, it's just due diligence and paperwork left. If things goes well then ill be happy to take some more cheap shares from FS(He is a single reason why i sold out in obt).

Would be great if he could buy at low price and sell those shares at the later stage and higher price to fund production.
