I am not expert either Pmoran. Just went trough 6 months numbers and comapred to Shein and Asos. But to me it seems Boo underperformed in January.
When it comes to apps on google play. Asos 4.7, Shein 4.7, Boo 3.6, BooMan 3.2, PTL 3.1, NG 3.5, KM 3.4.

Boo apps is big red flag to me. I said it before. Time to invest and improve customer experience. Asos way ahead of Boo with 4.7/5 on google play. Haven't looked at ios.

Comparing those numbers with asos, shein, next and previous months.

I saw it. Cant see previous January figures on similarweb. Asos dropped to September level of traffic. Shein not showing any slowdown and keeps on growing. Boo, PTL and Next traffic down by a lot
According to similar web boo got more than 2x higher traffic, yet revenue is probably around same level at this point. These traffic numbers doesnt seem to make sense

Evans 23m revenue bought for 26m. Boo buys 3 brands, revenue of 427m for 25m. Even if they generate 100m revenue at 10% margin its a no brainer.
