What worries me when we are all electric is we will be open to things like cyber attacks can you imagine if the grid was hacked or if terrorist were able to take control of what ever vehicle they liked Also I feel we could be controled more for instance if I had missed a payment then it would be quite easily for them to jam my car also all these smart motorways they could also control how far you could travel dependent on for instance having a vaccine. May seem a bit far fetched but you just never know .

No I don't think that is fair if I drive a small car 200 miles on one charge yet you drive a large 4x4 and yours only does 100 miles per charge bit we both do the same yearly mileage and your vehicle is leaving more of a impact on the roads as well then that doesn't seem right .

Hgv vehicles are taxed on the weight and the number of axles .So what I'm saying if the government need to claw back money then to me it should be based on something like weight .If all new ev are emmision free then they will need to be a differential between one like a mini or a 4x4 where one does less miles to charge .if you tax on mileage then that wouldn't be fair .

Genuine question do you think ev should be taxed more because of the fact they are more heavy than a standard combustible engine so in essence could cause more damage to roads Similar to hgv who are taxed more dependent on what weight they are plated to carry
