The difference is a lot of the money to keep the company going over the years is from pi dipping into there pockets on fund raising. Also if it was the ordinary man in the street setting up a business they would be paying themselves the minimum until they started making a decent profit .

I'm on the bond gets paid far to much side .Not to say he shouldn't be paid that sort of money later on,but at the moment I think he is just milking it and taking us for mugs .
