James, I'm not really sure why you have suggested a further delay based on the holiday season. My experience of the US financial sector is that vacations are normally 2 weeks , 3 at best so there should be someone about to sign off on any deal. I do concur that ZPHR are likely in a negotiation period and that would combine with test results. However , it would be extremely foolish to let the "within 10 day" period slide by without comment. Holding north of 12m shares, my interest is fairly focussed on this. Your timescales may turn out to be correct but credibility will be further damaged if there is not even a robust holding pattern RNS by monday.
