Sadly, your 1% is hugely in excess of board members holdings, especially the chairman and that message I'm afraid is what kills this stock every time.

In all honesty i can only see either of two possible outcomes. This is a PLC after all and in view of the VERY clear lead that CH put out it must either be (as indicated) very positive news or a resignation. My bet is on the former.
