I believe there are 12m barrels of oil being targeted. At $30 per barrel is $360m worth of oil which WSX will have 15% of maybe ??? The deal with Cochran could be quite lucrative for WSX. Should increase the Risked NAV.

..is my guess. Looks like his reverse takeover is about to happen and the sp is being manipulated towards a truer value of the company? Maybe some sort of financial transaction is about to happen. Depends what price the BoD's have negotiated with HALO I guess. "The consideration for the acquisition will be satisfied by the issue to the vendors of 241,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, approximately 25% of the enlarged capital. On completion, the Heads of Agreement calls for HALO to hold US$1 million in cash."

Well it looks like a bit of panic top slicing for someone. Will the buys come in today, is someone building a large stake??? Will we get some news this week??? at least WSX is getting slightly interesting...;o)))

When Milroy and Cochran loaded up before the Cochran deal was proposed, those trades didn't appear on LSE. I reckon something similar may have occurred, like an iceberg trade maybe. RNS next week either Cochran update or holding RNS or both..........that's my guess anyway!!...;o)))

....by Monday PM is not unthinkable. Hopefully there may be some media coverage over the weekend. Wessex BoD's may leak a story like last time.

You can sell as many as you like for 0.5p. Could be confirmation of Philippines deal and Cochran's reverse takeover completion or another large buyer in the background. Could be a Cochran fan...;o))))
