I am always curious about these small trades and so called MM signals. 555 trade???? I believe the sp has been manipulated upwards in preparation for a share transaction of some sort. "real" value of WSX has been gained in order to allocate shares at a fair price. I would say it is to facilitate the 25% going to Andrew Cochran HALO. SP rose on low PI trade volume, there wasn't a mass of trades coming through really, also the price has held even though we have had no news. I don't know how long it will all take to sort out but it is looking positive....;o)))

You want to be getting in WSX now before the announcement. II's will be wanting in before news breaks of Cochran's confirmed involvement. Cochran will have far reaching plans to develop WSX into a multimillion pound outfit and then probably sell it. Look at all the other companies he has been involved with.

....MM manipulation only makes me more certain that good things are around the corner..;o)))

RB, I also hold GBP shares. Worth keeping an eye on them. They have also applied for blocks offshore Italy. GBP will issue their results end of this month so two weeks time and they may update us on several fronts including Juan de Nova. Juan de Nova is in the middle of several oil and gas discoveries, nr Mozambique and Madagascar....;o)))))

1p/sh only values the company at £7m. They have about £3m cash don't they? Anyway £7m isn't a lot with 12m barrels of oil in our sights......I hope anyway!!!

...just check out his CV and that will tell you were this SP is heading. Cochran and his backers will want to own as much of WSX as possible before news breaks I would have thought and that cost will only get higher when Cochran is officially on board. If I were an II and a Cochran fan I would be snapping the shares up now....;o)))

we've not even had the news yet!! surely more movement upwards to come. MM could just need shares for the buyer. WSX currently valued at £5.5m

I would have thought any company that has Cochran on board will be in high demand by II's and PI's alike. What other assets will he bring forth??? At what price will this 25% transaction occur??? Existing shareholders need a fair price and so will Cochran I guess.

We hit 1.2p on the Heads of Agreement RNS, so why not? 1.5p values the company at £10.5m
