What about 2019 this looks to be some year. I assume the CAPEX will be minimal but not sure. I assume HNL will produce at least 2,900 boepd. The CAPEX investment in 2017/18 may actually increase production. oil and gas set to increase in prices. So will HNL bank the best part of �25-�30m?
If HNL can earn say �10m a year on a PE ratio of 10x then that technically equates to �4/sh plus their cash. Plus exploration in E blocks, plus allowance for 2P reserves in excess of 12 mmboe and more than 19 mmboe in contingent resource, plus any other asset purchases.
I can't believe we start with a m/c of �2.8m, 24m shares in issue and 12p/sh....;o)))...It's a bit mind blowing,
