...is there a way of telling what the details of the buy order is? How many shares and at what price?

18.32% spread to put off buyers. Buyer evident which has to be good news with this small free float of shares.

Offering 13.5p for as many as you like. No much selling evident though so bid may have to rise...;o))

...slowly building here now. Boost in production, purchase of asset or sale of company all likely IMO. Feb/March should see us a lot higher in value anyway with new well and results due.

Don't know Robbo, the MM rose the Bid earlier after a sell. A bit odd so I think there may be a buyer wanting shares but just guesswork TBH

What ever your projections/expectations, I think everyone agrees that even at this entry level, there is plenty of money to be made over the next 12 months...;o))

17p values the company at �55m. Under half what EML paid for the company. If someone wanted to exploit the oil and gas in the Ukraine, Regal are the perfect vehicle to do it. Lets hope for a revised offer. It may be no coincidence that the tax authority raided the company...;o))

...will take as many as you like at 12.4p. Just need a positive update from the company or revised offer for the company..40p/sh would be OK by me !!...;o))

I expect ups and downs along the way but over 12months I am guessing the sp will re-rate at some point. May take an RNS or two to jolt things along but the return should beat an ISA % !!...;o)))

dunderhead the 2018 projected EPS 0.32 up from 0.053 in 2017. Use a P/E ratio of 12, 264m shares in issue, add in the cash pile and you do the maths...;o))

Over the current year assuming the BKR deal does through the SP should rise an average of 27p per month based on future earnings projections. Nothing in that price for Rowallan or Namibia or another asset purchase. IMO there is only one way the SP is going...;o)))

...like a rocket...;o)) Investors will keep accumulating IMO. Time will tell.

35p/sh would value the company at �112m so would be quite a nice return for them seeing as the EML have done very little in that time. Ask now 13.2p...;o))

Regal's board said Energees' 24p-per-share offer was "fair and reasonable". The shares jumped �p to 25�p today, more than double the 12p price three weeks ago before the firm announced its interest from suitors. A new 35-50p/sh offer would be great !!...;o)))

In 2011 Regal was bought by Energees Management Ltd for �77m. EML are one of the Ukraine's largest business conglomerates. They fought hard to buy the company too seeing rival powerful Ukranian Victor Pinchuk, whom Forbes records as having a fortune of $3.1 billion (�1.9 billion) and is married to the daughter of the country's former president. Alexey Pertin, director of Energees Investments, which owns Energees Management Limited, and chief executive of parent company Smart Holding Group, said at the weekend that the Regal acquisition would further Smart Holding�s goal of becoming the number one diversified natural resources holding company in Ukraine. It looks like the recovery in the price of oil and gas has sparked EML into life. Maybe another asset purchase or sale?
