I've bought in today too. 10% down from recent highs and looks over sold. Oil price holding up and should be OK for a year or two yet. Nice dividend too...;o))

Plenty of upside yet I think. Wait until the news flow starts. 1) rig work over results 2) new drill feb 3) possible new acquisition 4) further drills 5) results due March 6) possible sale/offer for company Current owners paid 38p/sh for company. Can they double their money with a sale?

Looking forward to the next 8 weeks. So much going on at RPT. Hopefully we shall get some good news from the work over progress. More production / cash flow maybe ......;0)

Babbler2 there was a buyer collecting these from 12p upwards slowly at first then it all went went mad. The MM does like to drop the bid very quickly to get sells prob due to small free float. The buyer may still be collecting, don't know for sure. Do you know iGas? I think they produce 2,000 boepd and valued at �100m. Serica produce 2,000 boepd and valued at �220m !!..lol

There was actually a big sell off at 15p previously and the price dropped to 12p/sh. The recent big rush 18p+ came from the twitter crew piling in from the likes of UEN and now they are bailing out prob to buy UEN and WTI or whatever else Baron is following. I would plump for WTI since that is 30% up today. Both UEN and WTI are barge pole category IMO. News flow hasn't even started here which there should be several updates to come over next couple of months, all of which could add further value. Further asset purchase or bid from another company are also on the table....;o))

Morning Chaps Having looked around some of the other oilers I deffo think we shall be valued around �75m-�80m+++ based on Tullow 101. Any other assets and obviously we will be higher. I think the high likelihood of further expansion will also drive the value higher. As we know Tullow 101 is just step 1. Regal Petroleum produce 2,800 boepd �75m m/c and climbing iGas produce 2000 boepd �100m m/c there must be others too I still reckon �3-3.50p/sh short term target, �5/sh medium term and �10/sh long term.

Big jump on the Ask. 25.5p to buy now. Another crack at 30p would be welcome but if we have to wait for the news flow, so be it..;o))

Well I must say I've looked around and cant find anything close to RPT in terms of potential earnings/cash growth.

Look at UEN Urals Energy. Actually m/c is £12m. They produce 2000 boepd. Prob more I am not aware of too. Regal Petroleum producing 3000 boepd m/c £80m and they have $30m cash! There is a lot of tomorrow’s jam in £220m IMO.

Of course I sold and want back in, my post does state “I want to buy in”. It’s not that cryptic!! ...lol All the info in my post is true, however, IMO sentiment has changed and the SP now reflects this. We are still months away from any action. We have had 2x pipeline failures. I think I shall wait and watch. $/£ rates also affecting prices.

...amazing how it soon changes. I would like to see 70p again £220m market cap suddenly looks overweight. Wait and see. Not sure what the charts look like.
