Interesting trillsg! I am not in too dissimilar a place. SKIN and MWG are both in my top 3 biggest holdings of my measly portfolio. Despite that top 3 being wildly heavily weighted versus the other stuff I have, I'd buy more of both SKIN and MWG if fresh capital landed in my lap! :-)

To your great point, in my opinion it is wise to hold both MWG and SKIN. I am confident that they will excel from the collaborative partnership, but I feel it worth hedging my bet on who does best! :-)

Average of 6 posts per day on a share they don't own. Now that's laughable. Albeit sad.

As I understand it, it is simply a case of scaling back the additional shares (i.e. those beyond the 4 shares for every 7 held, which are guaranteed if ordered). So, for example, if the "additional shares" are oversubscribed by 50%, everybody only gets two thirds of what they had applied for.

I guess the the number of "additional shares" available extends to include any of the firm 4 shares for every 7 not taken up.

Thanks quel. Yes, nothing is entirely immune! But this seems to be bucking the trend handsomely for now.

I am also a long term holder, and put a lot in over the last month to initially average down to 5.6p, same as you. But...I did a really stupid thing whereby I took some out of here while this was dawdling last week to put into something else I thought was about to take off (I had no other source of funds). I thought I would have time to get back into here before it took off so end up with roughly the same average. Anyway, now at 6.1p average and have obviously missed out on some of the benefit of the recent upward trend. :'-(

This belongs well about 6.1p anyway, so hopefully I will soon get over my above decision.... :-/

Ditto Soulsister. At 77p myself expecting it to continue rocketing! It is a red day virtually across the board today, hold firm. The brand is supposedly worth £2.6bn alone so keep the faith. :-)

I have shares here myself as I said!!! The dream for everybody would be a 1 day dip to 30p for us all to top-up given long term confidence, and then a colossal rise thereafter! So actually, not selfish after all.

But...do you see VLS as being broadly an exception from the general sentiment quel (as we are witnessing today)?

I don't see their messages anymore as I have the filter on, but I bet exprat disgruntled former Velocys employee) has swallowed his lies and is back invested here. Either that, or they don't like making money, which makes me wonder why they would be so active on a share discussion forum.

How about a bit of quid pro quo to get a share tip... :-)

Check out MWG (Modern Water) and SKIN (Integumen). They may very well be the next COVID-19 shares to enter the atmosphere... Remember NYCT anybody? BOOM! A quick bit of research will explain why they are well placed to take off any time now (when I say "they" I mean in unison owing to their recent partnership arrangements and leadership crossover). They both have immense upside potential regardless of COVID, it just may well provide the cherry.

Good morning all!

I just got in here at 77.7 (only a small investment, I wish I had more to pile in!). I have enough for a small investment elsewhere and am hoping to make a fast buck off the back of the currently rocket fuelled market. Any recommendations? Just one share please!
