I certainly haven't heard that it is forgotten and as far as I know law 32 is still being scrutinised by the SCC.. If law 32 were dead then that would enable the court case to re open , there is no evidence of that at present.

I'm convinced that Centamin did nothing wrong and never had a case to answer, although they have taken things lying down as far as we know, but they may have their reasons I suppose. My frustration is with the way Law 32 seems to be stuck in limbo and with it the court case! The SCC seem to have no intention of dealing with Law 32, even though they were ordered to have a re think on their last findings!

I agree Rebess, as I have said before to far too many ETF funds CFD trading this stock so no commitment to stabilising the SP. We need the court case out of the way and then the big institutional investors can pile in!
