If you had warrant for 250000 at 4p expiring on 16th would you have let them lapse?

Further - The 250,000 shares at 4p are likely to be Whitman Howard his option for 250,000 expired on 16th October 2019

On 28th Oct Alan Miller converted 8,716,512 shares - he had to convert at some point - the timing is not that relevant to us .
8,716,512 shares is less than 3% so we will never know when or if any are sold.
We don't know that he is the current seller - Alan may well be sitting tight.
I think there was a significant seller way before the 28th and if its a fund they will likely sell regardless of anticipated news.
My opinion only.

Should see the price start to improve - Maybe a small overhang - Possibly most of it is already absorbed?

That's almost 1% - maybe that's the end of the seller??
