I have wondered also - maybe you would wait until after all the ongoing negotiations (supply off-take, grants etc) are complete rather than upsetting things at this stage and having to re-negotiate?

Prior to that trade about 280k was available on line after it dropped to 70k - so most likely a buy

In addition to the 43% identified by SquirtyFlower there appear to be a good number of PI's on this board with significant holdings that may easily take this to over 50% - thus the true free stock could be quite low so we could see some significant share price increases as things accelerate.

Presumably Tennyson as Co founder of Awakn has a significant share holding there which effectively will be transferred to Solvonis @ 0.24p ?
