They don't want to release an RNS atm because it will draw attention to the company and thus pressure will be put on the UK govt to put them on the black list. Quietly accumulating here waiting for the next 50% spike which happens here quiet regularly. Atb
Happy to wait as long as it takes but wondering if anyone has any figures for how we are doing currently with regards production and sales of PGMs. Appreciate we are fully funded but would be good to know.
Good post in general mugwump but a few points to note.
1. You have forgotten cost of extraction, let's say $500 per ounce to be conservative. This drops things by 25% for starters.
2. Perhaps more importantly bead in mind that the price per oz of $2000 is only down to current world supply and demand. There will be posters on here that can tell us what the annual usage of the various pgms is. Therefore there would be no point us (or our buyer) producing say 2mln ounces in a year if we can only sell 500k ounces at good margin. However it may work in our favour if we can prove that we have perhaps 25% of the worlds deposits, (if we keep land grabbing this could be a possibility). We could then go down a de Beers diamond route and drip feed the market maximising our margins and thus the dividend. I'd be interested in other posters views on this. Atb.
Why do we need to do a raise for peanuts in comparison? Why not just hold 15mln back from the 'huge' duvi? Unless the divi is about a year down the track of course....as a lth I'm happy with this scenario, if 15p reappears I will fill my boots and topslice the next boom :-D
