Why do we need to do a raise for peanuts in comparison? Why not just hold 15mln back from the 'huge' duvi? Unless the divi is about a year down the track of course....as a lth I'm happy with this scenario, if 15p reappears I will fill my boots and topslice the next boom :-D

We had a 1 day pull back on the oct 2020 vertical takeoff...hope this is the same and shoots up to 57p by Friday!

So from memory black rock bought at 38p in one of their funds. Then we had the share price walked down as we all know. As the fund needed to keep the same percentages is it fair to say that black rock then had to purchase more shares to maintain parity within the fund. Now the share went back up to 38p today which would leave them very much overweight here. Would it then make sense for Blackrock to be selling into the rise purely for this reason, regardless of the end game potential and more down to the rules of the fund.

So wuth regards the rerate, if you assume we have between 15mOz and 40mOz currently, and that is going up by a conservative 60mOz, does a rerate to around 80p minimum seem fair? If not can anyone explain why not and it would only rerate less than that - some people saying mid 30s for example. TIA

Have a write up out today...detailing max upside as £1.5bln...can someone confirm they have their figures wrong here, this equates to about 55p sell price!

Surely blackrock increasing is just the fund maintaining the correct percentages of each company in the index? I imagine if the share price went back up to 38p they would sell those shares thus keeping the invested value of the fund the same. Just my 2p

While we wait for the motherload RNS to drop it would be nice for us all to see a healthy bit of paper profit in our portfolios. The charts have us squeezing us into a corner, if we get another break out the upside should be about 55p. With no deal.at that point it will drift as has been seen in the past so will offer a perfect opportunity to trade a small amount of our shares. Hopefully the deal will be done sooner rather than later but inn the case of a delay I for one won't be too disheartened if I get the chance to fill another ISA allowance for my wife and I come early april. Gla

The RNS states the DFS 'The final approval is expected to happen this month'.
Will we get an RNS for the final approval would you think?
I take it from that that the sale RNS won't drop until that is all approved. So is that the final hurdle?

Resistance at 35 as per Zak Mir's charts or has that gone now that we went through it intraday on Friday?

Does anyone know how the entitlement to 12p shares will go? Will it be 1 share for every 10 you own or something like that?
