Where do we go from here24 Jul 2024 09:05
Morning,
So there's an AGM where you'll have the opportunity to vote out the board, i'm not sure they've represented value for money for most investors.
What about the nav and share price. The Nav was 56.4p prior to the raise, but following the raise and dilution of the stock, it could be between 18p and 24p, (not sure what numbers they'll consider for the NAV).
The SP is currently 14p
There will be a 10:1 consolidation, resulting in:
- 210p Nav (taking a midpoint from above)
- 140p SP
- 2.2p quarterly div (I assume the div annoucment in the RNS is quaterly
- 6.3% Annual yeild
The Yeild is now middle of the road but perhaps more sustainable. I've also seen discussion of properties being sold, I assume this will go to paydown debt and invest in the remaining properties.
Will the SP close in the NAV with the better finances?
