Love AZN, first purchase April 2019, collected dividends and never sold any, just added from time to time. As of today, 106% up (including dividends) on my £141k investment. Definitely my most reliable long term share!

Very sure. And my records are very OCD!

Have held both for just over 6 years. Including dividends, just over 100% up on AV and 42% up on LGEN. Not advice, but just stating what has happened with my investments in both.

A definite hold unless you need the money right now. If you sell but don't have urgent need of the money then you need to find a place that is better than RIO to put your money - good luck with that!

Think I'll just ride this one out as it's not one of my larger investments. Was up well over 100% a while back but now only up about 30%. Don't think it's going to return to my buying price anytime soon.

Easy decision: hold, buy on the dips and take the dividends. You can invest huge amounts of time trying to beat the market and very few manage it consistently. Certainly not me, but my profits have never been so high ever since I started following a more chilled out strategy several years ago.

Not worth it. You need to be lucky enough to time the market consistently otherwise you will lose in the long run. I have had these almost 6 years and occasionally added but never sold. I am up about £150k and the dividend is useful too even though it's relatively modest.

Just topped up at 4650p

Got £16.14 for my 1/3 share, so slightly more than I was expecting. Happy New Year to everyone!

This is the worst of the 15 shares I own by a HUGE margin (only down on 2). With an average of just under 2800p bought these late 2019 and saw them rise to over 3500p in a relatively short space of time. Obviously, should have sold but now I keep getting tempted to buy more. If they go much lower I might take the plunge.

My combined demerged shares are now worth 2.5% more than they were just before the demerger. So happy with that. But should have added a few more MICC shares - they are flying!

Being offered about 4667p on HL

The Share Consolidation will apply a ratio of 8 New Unilever Shares for every 9 existing ordinary shares in Unilever.

So expect an opening SP of about 4681p Tuesday morning.

"Individual fractional entitlements will be aggregated and sold in the market. The net proceeds of the sale, after the deduction of any expenses and/or commission associated with such sale (including any related VAT), will be paid in due proportion to the relevant Unilever shareholders."

So I can expect less than £13.87 (=£41.61/3) for my 1/3 fractional entitlement. We'll see ...

My combined MICC and ULVR holdings are down about 1.45% on what my ULVR holding was worth at the close last Friday.

So slightly worse than the 0.23% that HL say the FTSE 100 is down today.

Doubt that HMRC care much about very small differences. HL are using 0.05 to work out your base costs for MICC whereas the correct figure is closer to 0.048224463 according to HL's opening SP of 1100p for MICC and 4342p for ULVR. You'll be fine using HL's figures.

Just seen that Hargreaves Lansdown are using a multiplying factor of exactly 0.05, but this seems like an approximation to me so I'll be using my figures.
