IMO, they appear to have had a strong few years, made some decent cash, but now it looks like the products they are selling no longer hold the same value to consumers as they did during peak Covid.
LFT are getting cheaper. As a small example I can get a pack or LF tests at a local discount store. That suggests to me there is a further risk of reduced profit margins, as well as lower revenues for these products, as market share potentially is reduced.
Big question for me now, is how will the BOD stem the decline in revenue from Covid tests, because that ship looks to have sailed at the current time.
Ever a pessimist, but I can see revenue potentially dropping off a cliff, without the right strategic action to substitute the COVID test revenues.
