Just digging yourself into a bigger hole Maestro. If they were in commercial production now then RRR would have to have issued an RNS. They haven't done so. The months just keep passing by without commercial production being achieved. It's not good. They originally hoped they would be in production at the start of the year, then the targets just kept moving forward a month. 6 months down the line and there still isn't commercial production. Another damp squib.

Sorry matey but by any reasonable standard, whether talking about a gold mine, an oil well or steel plant, the term "in production" very clearly means proper commercial production. Steelmin did some test production and as the last related RNS here stated they will be doing laboratory checks on material being produced. It also clearly states that the ramp-up towards commercial production . . . is expected to continue over the coming few weeks.

If Migori were valued as you say how come RRR didn't have at least a 12m MCAP before their licenses were revoked?

Steelmin is not in commercial production. Last official update stated:

"ramp-up towards commercial production has proceeded to plan. The ramp up is expected to continue over the coming few weeks to build to full power including laboratory checks on material being produced"

JMS shares are locked in escrow and if my interpretation of the escrow agreement is correct the share will stay in escrow probably until April/May 2019. Half of them could be released earlier, around December maybe, but only if the JMS SP VWAP over a 20 day period is at least 20% above the IPO price (AUD 0.40). SP has been below that IPO level since the IPO so not looking good.

Migori license reinstatement will just put uas back to the former position where very little was happening.

Savvy readers will no doubt have noted the long period of silence on this board and the sudden appearance of the same old aliases starting to pump the share again. Highly predictable imo.

Co-incidentally there are a bunch of warrants still to be exercised which will expire very soon. Namely:

75m exercisable at 0.80 pence which will expire on 22nd Aug 2018 and
96m exercisable at 0.84 pence which will expire on 13th Nov 2018

There are also £1,000,000 worth of Convertible Loan Notes at 0.8p outstanding. 6m of those have already been converted so potentially another 119m shares to come there if they are converted.

Each to their own but I don't personally feel like shelling out to pay a premium price to give these holders an easy profit. Others may feel different of course. DYOR.

He previously had over 14% of the company and started selling. He got to 9.83% which then became 9.35% I think because of shares issued. What he appears to have done now is bought just a small amount, just enough to take him over 10% which if I am not mistaken is the requisite percentage of shares required to force an EGM.

Watch that space imo.

Just seems unwise imo. With your other example, you showed that GRL had put out RNSs about the various share trades so the info was in the public domain, just wasn't reported by AB. See the difference? No presumptions in the latter example. I'm not having a go at you don't worry and given your GRL example my understanding about the reporting rules must be wrong.

Any acquisition or sale of shares/interests would be RNS'able under AIM rules AFAIK. Have a care not to make careless assertions based on nothing more than presumptions. Just sayin'

All Billy BS I'm afraid. Past tells you how the BoD operate, what they are prepared to do, how they use money, what they invest in, whether they deliver shareholder value etc etc. The markets, imo, very much look at the past and invest with that in mind.

Accordingly I have for quite some time ignored the numerous anonymous rampers who infest this and the RRR boards like woodworm. They deal in dream selling imo, offering cherry picked items of information, always leaving out the salient details and when bad news drops, simply retreat back into the woodwork until the skies are once again clear for another bite at the apple.

By the same token there have for a long time been various contrarian posters some of whom have claimed/predicted equally fantastical outcomes. As with the shameless rampers, they too are to be ignored imo.

The truth of any share should be readily decipherable, not from direct company engagement, but from the simple analysis of the finances, as put out in the Annual and Half Yearly reports and from the various RNSs. Equally from the actions of the BoD, their success or failure rate in delivering shareholder value, the extent to which they are willing to dilute existing holders and the way in which they expend available monies.

Been quite a while since the Shoats Creek project was mentioned. Not much in fact since the operator Mayan Energy pulled out their 50% working interest. At the time they said in their RNS:

"The relinquishment will also protect Mayan from potentially significant Plug & Abandonment ('P&A') liabilities associated with abandoned well bores at Shoats Creek."

Where did that leave RRR?

Guessing that Shoats Creek has slipped quietly away into AB's oubliette of past damp squibs.

Noting also that yet another month has pretty much slipped by without Steelmin announcing commercial production.

So Para own El Limon and associated land/property, but local Colombian artisan miners are still there and Para is actually paying them for mineralised rock that they have mined from Para's own property?!

In the longer term the number of shares in issue will have risen considerably, usually imo negating whatever benefit you perceive will arrive. Already this year the share issue has risen from 578m to 791m, an increase of 37% and we are only 6 months in. At the AGM AB requested and was granted authority to issue up to 600m more shares here this year WIll he issue them all? Who knows? Little changes that I can see.

Can't speak for other posters but for myself, I will deem things to have truly changed when:

1. We have an AGM where AB does NOT request authority to issue hundreds of millions more shares in the coming year

2. The BoD stop expending stupid amounts of money on Admin and other expenses
(currently £257,515 for 6 mths, equiv to £515,030)

Simply put, there must surely come a point after so many years where a decent set of management manage to establish one or more good projects that are delivering strong income. RGM was incorporated in 2004. A whole 14 years later and what has been achieved? £millions and £millions raised via placings etc and yet MCAP still a paltry £4m and BoD still requesting authority to print confetti every year. Really you can't blame people for labelling this and RRR as lifestyle companies for the directors.
