This is where experience of RGM and RRR come in. Terminology like "we hope", "we anticipate", "we expect" sets off alarm bells for me. The track record is there for all to see.

Right but the problem is that no sooner has 22nd Aug passed and you will then have exactly the same situation again with the 96m warrants at 0.84p which expire 13th Nov !

So are you hoping for no news before 13th Nov too or are you saying you'd be happy with a tiny rise to 0.82p levels?

Richie, RGM's website lists the various investments it has along with its projects in the "Operations and Investments" section. ALBA shares do not appear amongst them. I therefore personally conclude that either the BOD simply doesn't care enough to add them (which I deem unprofessional and shoddy) or that they have some particular reason why they don't want to declare exactly how many ALBA shares they have.

Either way it doesn't engender trust and openess for me personally. Others may hold a different view. What company wouldn't want to declare its investment holdings on its own website? Makes no sense to me.

Yep, so glad I have learned to be immune to the pump and dump nonsense posted here and on RRR board. Same old routine seen time and time again from mostly the same posters with a variety of aliases. They tried last week and it was a dismal failure, almost embarrassingly so. Ramp ramp ramp, right before an RNS they appeared to know was coming, then news arrives, then the sells pile in. Unfortunately the markets seems largely disinterested in the RNS and there was nothing but a small very short lived spike of maybe 45 mins before normal service resumed.

Still you can't knock their enthusiasm . . . . or dedication to the job !

Still struggling to see your holding RNSs. Surely you've confidence enough to buy at least 3% here ?!!! lol

Last Nov/Dec approx £1m of Convertible Loan Notes were issued, convertible at 0.8p.

Do those CLNs still exist? Are they still active and convertable ?

One could very reasonably argue that if bad management leads to the devastating dilution of existing shareholders and utter SP destruction that the company has already failed. Public companies ought to exist to serve the best interests of shareholders, not the enrichment of the BODs. Note that at RRR the BOD also had to lower the nominal share value from 0.1p to 0.01p in order to carry on diluting. The share consolidation came within 12 months of that action which shows you how bad the SP was tanking imo.

The only silly games are from you and Harhoo. You're waxing lyrical about the coal project. I'm asking essentially where is cash going to come from ? Is there a royalty involved?

It seems that neither of our rampsters Schachmeister123 or Harhoo are willing to state what royalty RGM have with this project. Reason should be obvious. Poor show from shallow posters imo.

One would have thought after last weeks desperate and miserably failed ramp attempts that the ramp stooges would have realised that baseless and shameless ramping serves only to make the markets and PIs highly suspicious. They would be uber stupid to repeat that dismal performance imo. Good solid news will always speak for itself and will drown out naysayers. Let that news come and let it be assessed and stand on its own 2 feet.
If there is a need for a week of sound bites and rhetoric and stupid ramping before the news comes then it clearly isn't great news imo.

Small point of note. It would be good to see that eagerness for accuracy find its way to the output of regular RNSs like Total Voting Rights. Puzzled why you didn't put out a correction immediately for the RRR 1st May TVR RNS. Also puzzled how that gets through NOMAD, do they not check the basic figures in RNSs? My naivety I'm sure.
