Mr Bell needs to put the facts and figures in a formal RNS. Unless he does so, markets won't even pay the content lip service imo. Production levels, production costs, transport costs, taxes and actual profits received.

Seem to remember lots of hot air about RRR's Shoats Creek project. Wonderful tales of production being over 300 bopd in testing then a massive period of no news before real production rates were stated as 100 bopd which then dropped to just 70 bopd which then dropped to nothing when the oil well suffered sand ingression.

Markets don't forget that kind of stuff imo.

So very much up to the BOD I think. The SP didn't go anywhere on the recent RNS most likely imo because it was devoid of facts and figures. Interviews and PR pieces aren't going to cut it I fear, the data has to be RNS'd.

Just another hapless serial ramper, check his history. Endless drivel moving from share to share. How many have we seen come and go with tail between their legs?! Hope he doesn't lose too much.

It beggars belief that these stooges still go through the same old song and dance routine with these kind of shares. It just doesn't work anymore. I suspect the rampers from the last couple of weeks barely managed to sell their shares on that short lived spike which lasted what . . . 45 ins?!!! Some were clearly angry later in the day when it was clear the SP was going nowhere but they only have themselves to blame.

The MO is always the same. It's always "news is imminent", "get in quick", "last chance at these levels", with the usual chirpy sound bites thrown in like "she's going to pop", "MMs can't hold it down much longer" and "it's like a coiled spring".

Nobody falls for this Billy BS any more on here or RRR. Spikes have become less and less sizeable and are very short lived. Markets know the score imo.

The key questions are:

What actual recurring income is there?
How much money valuable shareholder money is frittered away on Admin and other expenses?
What's the track record of dilution? shareholder value delivery? Project success?
Do the BOD reward themselves for failure?
What's the value of assets and investments?
What are the realistic timescales for project deliveries ?
How many more shares will be in issue within that timescale?

Just to break that down, £515,030 on Admin Expenses per year equates to

£43,000 every MONTH or

£2,146 every DAY (assuming 20 working days per month)

All on Admin Expenses !!

Well it will need to be significant income/revenue to have any effect here.
As with RRR the amounts of valuable cash expended on Admin is staggering for such tiny companies imho.

According to the recent Half Year Report Regency expended £257,515 on Admin for the 6 month period which is equiv to £515,030 per year !!

Schach, the news was I think simply devoid of detail and unfortunately both RRR and RGM have a history of ambiguous and data light RNSs. One can not blame board posters for the wider market's apathy at that RNS.

In all truth I think if groups of rampsters are going to persist in the kind of farcical stock promotion that was seen in the past few days then the results are always going to be the same. Deep disbelief, scepticism, expectations of the same old song and dance routine and so on.

I would honestly think it would be better for them to stay quiet and let news drop suddenly out of the blue and let the markets digest it and react accordingly. In the event, with the tired old ramping nonsense in play on the run up to the RNS, all that was achieved I think was to get the market's guard up and then when the RNS came light of salient facts and figures, apathy and indifference ensued.

Here's the bottom line. Real good news doesn't need this platform of ramping clowns spouting BS day in day out. Good news speaks for itself, stands on its own 2 feet and markets react to it accordingly.

Forgive me but unless you are going to formally declare in a post on here that you are Andrew Bell, the Chairman/CEO of RRR and RGM then frankly you are just another poster. This has been the case with all of the aliases you have supposedly used on here. An alias name means nothing whatsoever.

For brevity it would be very simple to just declare who you are so there is no misunderstanding.

Which is it?

Here's the detail of the outstanding warrants that I have been able to glean from the many RNSs. Please check all figures in case of error.

125,825,000 warrants at 0.8p - these expire as follows:
up to 52.5m will expire 20 Dec 2018
up to 27.5m will expire 18 Jan 2019
up to 75m will expire 30 Feb 2019

230,090,908 warrants at 1p - expiring 08 Feb 2019 and Jan 2020

26,971,784 warrants at 1.3p - expiring 22 Aug 2018 and 04 Oct 2018

Unfortunately it is not possible to know exactly how many warrants for each date because the company RNSs which have announced the warrants already exercised, do not state exactly which warrants they were. i.e. if there are X warrants at 0.8p expiring on 1st Dec and Y warrants at 0.8p expiring on 1st Jan and the company puts out an RNS stating that Z warrants have been exercised at 0.8p, you have no way of knowing if those were the X or Y warrants.

Those warrant holders have just over 3 weeks to exercise or lose the warrants. With the SP so close to 0.8p they will be needing a concerted ramp campaign to get the SP up to make it worthwhile.

Problem is there are also still £1m worth of Convertible Loan Notes outstanding from last Nov. These can be converted at 0.8p too. (6m CLN shares have already been converted).

Surely anyone buying shares above 0.8p is simply going to be handing an easy profit to warrant and CLN holders if they convert. For me personally I think it better to wait until 22nd Aug when the 75m warrants expire.

Problem then is that there are then another 96m warrants sat waiting to be exercised at 0.84p which expire in Nov.

Not ideal really.

You seem to have missed the point there Playtime. The shares were foolishly NOT sold. Had they been treated as a proper investment then havign upwards of £25m of value they should have been sold to realise their cash value for shareholders. Then either a share of that could have been returned to shareholders as a dividend or it could have provided the company with an excellent footing on which to embark on new ventures.

This BOD did not act in the interests of shareholders imo, others may hold a different view of course.

In time we may find that the same situation exists. The few remaining JMS shares might rise in value and then we'd see once again whether AB would sell them to generate needed cash or whether he would once again just sit on them. My bet is the latter.

You are imo mistaken. They were previously sat on 74m+ Jupiter shares which were worth over £25m at one point.
Just let that number sink in . . . . £25m ! Today RRR has a MCAP of just £4m-£5m.

The JMS Shares were managed awfully imo and these are some of the transactions:

On 30th Mar 2011 - RRR sold 5m shares for a gross consideration of AUD 2,750,000 (55c a share)

On 17th Oct 2012 - RRR sold 14m JMS shares for gross proceeds of AUD 1,540,000 (11c a share)

On 5th July 2013 - RRR sold 40.5m JMS shares for gross proceeds of AUD 2,836,852 (7c per share)

On 14th Jan 2014 - RRR Bought 7,650,000 shares for a cost of AUD 428,400 (5.6c per share)

One can see easily from the above how the JMS shares were utterly squandered with AB's seeming reluctance to sell them on behalf of shareholders to realise that huge amount of cash. Ultimately he sold most of them for an absolute pittance and then embarked on the devastating levels of shareholder dilution that most here have seen and experienced. Did AB's seat of the Jupiter board make him reticent to sell the shares down? If so one can hardly deem the shares a shareholder "investment".

Nothing changes here imo. Same BODs, same lucrative salaries being taken, same stupid amounts of cash expended on Admin and expenses. Only one set of winners in all this and it ain't mugpunter PI's imo. DYOR.
